My copy of Lunch Lady Magazine arrived last week and I have to say, I love it. Beautiful design and photography and a lovely unassuming tone to it has had both Kevin and I pouring over it.

Lead by Jeni from Fyberspates, I am attempting to make panettone this Christmas. In preparation, I am taking this class on sourdough basics (also recommended by Jeni)...however my house is SO COLD, I am thinking using the incubator as a proving chamber... Its either that or finally turn on the heating this year.
